Sign-up/login and onboarding blockers (signup blocked, password input not working, non-interactive city field, login issues).
Data not up-to-date and search results unreliable (last obituary posted 3/15/26 vs 5/5/26; searches not related; many duplicates slowing things).
Limited city coverage and onboarding friction (few cities available; birth date requirement with scrolling; non-interactive city field).
Poor support/contact experience (unable to contact support; contact options show email but require phone number; links loop to signup).
Performance and UI issues (slow loading due to duplicates; annoying pop-ups).

This *was* a really useful app - but it’s totally quit updating! The last obituary it is showing was posted on 3/15/26 - and today is 5/5/26. Is this going to be updated?

App not allowing me to enter anything can’t even contact you on the app

The “city” field is not interactive. Therefore, the app is not allowing me to sign up. When I clicked on support or website, it took me back to sign up.
