Cleo app is just a way for them to make money. You pay a monthly fee of 15 dollars for the upgraded plan. Get push alerts and text messages saying advance available of 400 cash out now. To only login and the available amount is 30 or 40. Can’t reach a real human, I guess they are well aware of the situation therefore don’t want the representative to hear about it so you stuck with AI. What a joke!
