User Reviews

Many reviews balance praise for basic access and bookmark features with pervasive reliability and usability problems. The top issues center on frequent login/logout failures, crashes or the app not opening after updates, and a loss of core timekeeping features like timesheets and attestations. Users describe the interface as clunky and not user-friendly, with inconsistent navigation compared to a traditional web experience. Performance concerns, including long load times and battery drain, further erode usability, making the app frustrating despite some useful overtime functionality.
Pros
  • Provides access to essential work features and payroll information via the mobile app
  • Easy to use and includes handy bookmark features to quickly return to saved items
  • Supports overtime/timekeeping workflow for some users
Cons
  • Frequent sign-in and session issues, with users being unexpectedly logged out and forced through lengthy re-authentication
  • App crashes or won’t open after updates, resulting in blank screens or immediate shutdowns
  • Not user-friendly or clunky, effectively a web page wrapped in an app with confusing navigation
  • Key features like timesheets and attestations are no longer accessible or are unreliable in the app
  • Performance concerns such as long load times, battery drain, and inconsistent reliability

Corporate meeting with Infor CORP: Our current software lets employees see their shifts month- or week-at-a-glance. It’s also color coded so they can see trades shifts vs assigned shifts. Infor: They won’t be able to do that with us Corp: Will they be able to split their shift and post both parts at once to trade? Infor: Yes…they’ll have to post part of the shift, wait for it to get picked up. THEN, they can post the second part and hope someone takes it. Corp: When they want to pickup hours from a Tradeboard, will they be able to quickly see on one screen what’s available? INFOR: Yes but they’ll only be able to see like 3 or 4 slots on a typical mobile and they’ll have to scroll and scroll until they find something. Also, about a month after implementation that functionality will completely disappear for no explicable reason and days will go by without anyone saying anything, knowing anything or having an idea how it will get fixed. Corp: That sounds like employees who rely on the flexibility of changing schedules will be screwed. Morale will tank, our customers will sense something is wrong and everything will be worse than it needs to be. BONIS! Corp: Our current software is integrated into our employee portal so they can do various things in one place. Infor: ours is yet another app that they’ll have to install. it would be glitchy AF and need constant updating, but will not perform any better. It also will not include information about sick time, vacation, time, or attendance ratings Corp: Is Infor custom-tailored to my industry, better, and cheaper? INFOR: 😂😂 Seriously??! Have you seen our 2* reviews? Corp: SOUNDS GREAT! WE’LL TAKE IT

We have to use this for work. We have to log in, every day (even days off) to approve hours we work or don’t work. What is the point of using a time clock if we have to do this?? The app is NOT user friendly; you have to click different things to get to get to the approval of timesheets and nothing is clearcut. We had to do a mandatory tutorial to learn how to use the app, yet many, many people still didn’t understand the expectations: ie-you don’t get a paycheck, if you forget to check your punches. This shouldn’t, and can’t be, legal. Why do we even punch in or out on a time clock if we still have to use this app. The whole thing seems like a whole new way for cooperate to screw us.
