I’ve had my R series watch for several years now. It stopped pairing with the latest iOS update. Please update your app.

After latest iOS update, the R300 no longer pairs. The watch shows up in the App, and trying to pair results in it saying, “Pairing request is refused, bring closer to the phone and try again.” You can’t “forget this device on the phone because it doesn’t show up under Bluetooth anymore. I tried resetting Network settings on the phone, factory reset of the watch, deleting the Timex Smart App and reinstalling on the phone. Nothing has worked.
