| 2026-06-27 | Ni***** | It’s a great app, trust me, although, it does need a lot of money to fully use the app, it is $10 a month for max, which isn’t that bad, but is still a little costly. I recommend that you use this, only if you are actually struggling to build a workout or if you need to lose weight. Thanks | |

| 2026-06-17 | I ***** | Something is happening where my routines are duplicating exercises and it's time consuming and annoying to keep correcting and reorganizing my workouts. Won't be using anymore. | |

| 2026-06-10 | Ma***** | I’m going to advise you not to buy this app. Not because it doesn’t work. It’s a great app if it works. Mine worked fine for one week. Then I started getting messages. We’re experiencing problems. Try again. Unable to resolve your request. Please restart. And there’s no way to contact Support. They do send you a nice email when you become a member. So I’ve written them five times. I still haven’t had a response. So maybe everyone decided to go on vacation or something. Maybe They were all abducted by the AI. But here’s the thing. I paid for this a year and even if I cancel, I’m stuck with the subscription. So I’m posting this year, hoping that somebody sees this negative review at their company and decides to reach. | |

| 2026-06-04 | Go***** | forces you to go through a survey that you can’t skip, then a tutorial. I get halfway through it just for it to softlock on the screen telling me “progress overload is the key” every single time, I can’t even use the app. you should be able to skip that whole process and leave it up to the user to set it up later if that’s what they choose | |

| 2026-04-18 | Hi***** | It’s a good app and I genuinely liked it even just using the free version but suddenly it deleted my whole account and my workouts and made me create a new one. | |

| 2026-04-15 | Cl***** | I want to be able to rate this app higher because I really love[d] a lot of the features and functionality; however I’m considering finding a new app to use before my premium subscription renews in a week. I have constant problems with this app due to updates that I assume are meant to fix bugs. There are many occasions when my phone and watch app do not sync, leading to inaccurate tracking, and one week ago my watch app disappeared completely. This is one of the features that I appreciate the most, and one of the reasons why I kept my premium subscription. I sought support in the app and never heard back, and now I don’t even have the option to request support (tapping the support tab in the app does nothing, shaking the phone to bring up the support message box does nothing). Last year, I was considering switching to a new app, but I decided to stick it out. Now, I do not think it’s worth it. | |

| 2026-04-15 | Ch***** | I love this app honestly it keeps me going I love how it’s a community where you can view other people workout patterns or build your and post pictures and like each other progress and the step count is fun cause it challenges you To walk more and compete with people you follow it does need more workout on list but I love that it allows you to create your own workouts and add this app has been fantastic | |

| 2026-03-27 | pa***** | I’m going to try to downgrade from paid to free to see if that stops the AI from screwing up all my workouts. Today the AI incremented my lat pulldown to 225lbs (the machines Increment in 10) and told me to try a 67.5lb dumbbell (does not exist). | |
