This truly is a horrible app. It constantly crashes, the drop down list to upload documents doesn’t even contain the main document names that every crew member receives. It never gets updated, and for a company as massive as Royal Caribbean, it’s shocking that they can’t update and have a better way of dealing with all their staff. Absolutely horrible app.

After last update, impossible to use app. Always crashes and pop-up errors. Please fix

- app often crashes on launch - app crashes when uploading documents and pictures, esp on certain file types or submission types - app freezes when checking messages 100% of the time - deleting & reinstalling app does not resolve these issues Please fix the instability — this app is the main (required) form of communication with the V.ships company & often stands between workers and their pay.
