User reviews largely condemn the Rudy's app for being SA-focused with no nationwide support, unreliable ordering options, and poor UX. Very limited store coverage—only a handful (about 4) of San Antonio locations are supported, with no nationwide app.
Delivery/pickup outside San Antonio is not available or unreliable, and pickup times are not honored.
Poor app usability and functionality: confusing ordering flow, inability to update address, delete items, location detection issues, and limited ordering options.
Customer support is unresponsive/unhelpful; phone support is often not able to assist.
In-app payments and discounts are problematic: Apple Pay isn't supported in the app, discount codes misbehave, and the app may charge or fail orders.

Down loaded the App. The location in Lubbock Tx is not far away. The App told me there is no location near me, even though they have a location 1 mile away. Turned off WiFi and went to cellular only, but same result. What’s the point of having the App!-(

They take ApplePay in the store but NOT in the App?!! After you sign in there is no logical sequence for ordering off of the menu. It took me to sweet tea and I couldn’t get anywhere else. At first it wouldn’t take the discount code. Later it did. But all I could order was drinks or off of the group menu in some weird loop. They should hire a competent app creator. The joke in their name (Rudy’s Worst BBQ) applies for real to the app.

On the app can’t figure out how to delete and if you call you can NOT get anyone to answer the phone. The repeated message says that someone over the phone will help you navigate through the site or app. That is false. This is less than even 1 star.
