Had this app in my phone to control the audio system in my RV, worked ok for the most part for 4+ years and yet today it decided not to connect, at all. Deleted, reinstalled app and won’t even “find” the PMX1. My phones Bluetooth shows ROCKFORD PMX and connects, but will NOT show in app. And since there is no stand alone remote for the PMX1 this is my only way to control it without standing in front of it. And to top it off, I click “Contact Support” in the app, nothing. Absolutely nothing happens. In the 90s ROCKFORD FOSGATE was top notch in car audio, what happened?
