User Reviews

Users praise Alhisba for valuable Kuwait market data and strong real estate capabilities, calling it the best app in Kuwait and noting its time-saving features and accurate pricing. However, multiple reviews report reliability issues, especially startup crashes/black screens after updates, and some concerns about media support and the app’s clear purpose. Overall, the app is highly valued when working, but reliability improvements are needed.

Pros

High-quality, extensive real estate data for Kuwait that serves as a market reference.
Regarded as the best/leading real estate app in Kuwait.
Saves time and effort with useful features, including accurate pricing.
New budgeting feature (ميزانيتي) considered a leap forward.
Overall usefulness and transformative impact on real estate apps.

Cons

Startup stability issues: app crashes on startup or won’t open.
Black screen on launch after updates and related crashes.
Lack of support for photos and videos.
Unclear app purpose (unclear if it’s for calculations, a desk/office tool, or a bank service).

Recent reviews

A great app with very important data, advanced in Kuwait’s market due to lack of information in the market which makes it a reference. Heading to centralization and domination of this market.
