MMH MED-QR Family™ is the easiest way to add and carry your family’s important medical history in your phone. In addition, you can add, edit and view any information that you enter. All information is password protected and only saved in your phone; never in a database, server or the cloud. You and only you have control of what information is added and who can see it. Enter as much or as little information as you wish. MMH MED QR Family™ can be lifesaving and the most important app in your phone.

We urge everyone to always carry your medical history with you at all times. In addition, MMH MED QR Family™, enables you to display individually your, family’s medical history and medicines they are taking as a QR code. This can be very beneficial for a doctor or pharmacist to review all medications you or your family members are taking…looking for potential drug interaction.
