In seriousness, it just has a horrible user interface; the home and menu buttons are weirdly spaced. When loading the Fintwist logo is vertically stretched, not a fixed size for your device's screen, it also runs phenomenally slow when other apps on my device don't. Tbh I would just not use their services unless you have to, which is unfortunate.

If Octopharma didn’t use them I would never voluntarily use this service. Only reason I downloaded the app is because of how ridiculously hard it is to withdraw $65 exactly from an atm, as well as all the fees on atm withdrawal. So I downloaded this app, set up required alerts, and added it to my apple wallet. Usually I just immediately transfer to Apple Cash so I can ignore this card. Once I decided to use it, and I had forgotten my pin. That’s on me, but getting charged $1 for a cancelled transaction is something no normal banking institution does. Also the card randomly decides it was on “lost card status” for about 2 hours. When I tried to transfer it failed. That was a $0.50 fee. Not big fees, but still predatory
