Terrible customer service. Nothing ever gets resolved with this company. But they do a great job of “sending a form” to fill out or transferring you to their service department that also isn’t actually capable of helping the customer.

The app has glitches and randomly will not save my reimbursement requests.

You can no longer pay a provider from the app. I had done it in the past, then you could only do it by taking a photo, now there is no method at all. I got on my laptop and breezed through the process.
