Many bugs, but most annoyingly Gmail integration has been broken for years and has never been fixed

This app is subpar and doesn’t work correctly. Starting off with a bad implementation of login which forces the user to authenticate in a in-app browser (rather than using the popup version of safari), which is a security risk and bad practice. Then, it is incredibly slow and doesn’t find issues to log time when your Jira has several project. It is simply better to use the web version from your desktop, which is not issue free, but at least works.
