Users say Dayforce Learning offers on-the-go access and basic, functional course viewing, and could help organizations share training. Yet the app is plagued by crashes, freezes, and frequent session/login problems that require repeated reinstalls. Mobile UI is poorly optimized (hard to click, drag-and-drop issues, scrolling failures), and updates or new content often force users to reinstall. Document viewing is limited, with PDFs/Word files hard to view in-app. Overall, stability and mobile UX must be significantly improved.
