Oracle Retail Store Operations Cloud Service places a modern mobile interface into the hands of store associates, arming the associates with access to merchandise and inventory information as well as notification driven execution workflows for inventory related processes throughout the store. This interface is deployed and utilized on in-store mobile devices and leverages the Oracle Cloud architecture and Oracle Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service for real-time access and availability to inventory and workflows. ORSOCS provides a consistent and flexible platform for store managers, associates, and corporate inventory controllers to view, manage, maintain, and update inventory and related KPI’s to maximize product availability, customer satisfaction, and omni-channel inventory processes.
