Recent reviews

Commuting through Miami Airport for work duty using public transportation can be tricky to say the least. This evening, April Fools Day, I guess the joke was on me. Case in point, the TriRail is scheduled to leave the Miami station at 9:42pm as scheduled on the App for weekends. Unfortunately for me, the train left at 9:40pm and the train whistle blew to let me and other employees from the airport know. Hey TriRail Conductor....!!! We too would like to go home after work like you!!! Follow the protocol assigned and you're not at liberty to be capricious to make the "Departure Time" relative to you...!!!😠. Costumer Service at its worst!!!

Leaving earlier than the times posted on the app. it could make people lose a job be mindful as the accuracy is everything otherwise the app would not be needed.Never leave the station beg the exact time stated is the key to quality application. Fix immediately this issue and if train is running late it should be stated in the application without a doubt
