My unit won’t connect to the cloud since the last app update. Worked ok before, only a few times a year this would happen. Would be great if this issue was fixed soon. Hard to control unit without the app.

The app is slow, tends to fall out of sync with the unit. Then when it works you change the temperature a couple times and the app tells you AC unit not connected! Give it 5 mins and it will reappear.
