Poor Quality Courses. Zero Customer Service. Deceptive Sales Tactic. This company will make you sign up for an annual subscription that costs over $200 when trying to enroll for a single course. Here’s how the scam works: They will offer you the first month for less than $1 as a trial. After that period, they will charge you the whole sum for the annual subscription. They will not send you any e-mails prior to the end of the trial period and THEY DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS. They do not respond to e-mails either. The courses are all beginner levels. Nothing but introductory topics. You will not learn anything unless you are a child with zero knowledge about the world. Youtube offers free courses that are way better than anything here in this app. Most courses in this app are made by outsourced instructors that do not speak in English, definitely for cheap labor. You’d have to rely on English subtitles that are again, also outsourced, done by foreigners who has horribly heavy accents with no hint of fluency in English.
