I can no longer access premium content for several months despite a paid membership. I’ve emailed several times and there is no response. Can see no other way to contact the org; Do better PDC. Until then, I wouldn’t suggest membership.

My iPad can’t update to v17, so now I can’t use app. It says I can load and use an older version, but there’s no option for that and only downloads current version. When I open it, it says I can upgrade but doesn’t allow me to cancel the upgrade so I can’t use it. Horrible support. Now the PDCTV web browser won’t load the live stream. What the heck. I may cancel my subscription since I can’t even use either app or web site. Tony
