I’ve been trying to get help for weeks. I go to the activity, spend the time typing everything out, finding my receipt all over again, taking a photo, selecting the date, etc. to request help with an issue. I hit submit and it says it goes through, but literally every single time I receive no email and a ticket has never actually been made. This has occurred every single time (over 20 attempts) for three weeks. So the only thing I could do was find an old email where I got help, reply to that and literally beg and beg for help. All they have is AI now.. literally they just send the same exact 7 pre typed messages over and over and tell me to submit a ticket through the activity……. Well I do… it doesn’t work and does nothing. And just like the few replies here, all robot replies saying to reach out with those same instructions that literally don’t work. So there is literally NO way to get help. Can I please just get help with a receipt ? I don’t understand .
