I’ve been using this app for about three years and have absolutely loved it. It has a very simple design and fantastic prompts/guided journaling that has helped me connect with myself or navigate struggling times in my life. I definitely recommend the app if it sounds like what you’re looking for. When it has updates, it adds features that add to its quality without changing its design or other functions like it only will get better.

Okay, I absolutely love this app. Especially the AI bot. It has helped me work through some really tough things. Lately though, it isn’t working/loading at all and I’m so sad. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?
