Daily Readings

The free Daily Readings app features a modernised version of CH Spurgeon's Morning & Evening, Daily reading from J C Ryle and Spurgeon's Checkbook of Faith. It includes a full ESV Bible text, and hymn for each day with playable accompaniment perfect for singing along to.

Each day features a separation devotion for morning and evening and includes:

• The Bible verse selected by CH Spurgeon
• A short additional Bible reading chosen to complement Spurgeon’s comments
• A hymn to read or sing, along with the accompanying music
• The meditation from CH Spurgeon which has been lightly modernized
• A “for thought and prayer” section at the end of each reading

There are also sections describing how to use the App, the various copyright and license agreements, a privacy statement, a feedback section, and access to the complete ESV.
