2025-02-05	to*****	Great app with a nice design and easy navigation. However, real-time push notifications for card transactions and other spending are essential in modern digital banking. Most competitor banks in Hungary already offer this feature, so Raiffeisen is falling behind in this regard. You guys have been promising and teasing this for years—it’s time to make it happen. Otherwise, keep up the good work!
Great app with a nice design and easy navigation. However, real-time push notifications for card transactions and other spending are essential in modern digital banking. 2024-06-06	Cy*****	A couple things are missing like, push notifications, the ability to permanently cancel a card, dark mode, adding a card to Apple Wallet from the app and Apple Pay for Visa cards. Other than these missing features, overall great app!

2022-08-03	Pv*****	Rettenetesen rossz. Néha szerverhibára hivatkozik, néha egyszerűen csak nem lehet belépni. Utalni eddig háromszor próbáltam, egyszer sem sikerült. Az app szerint “az összeg meghaladja az elérhető egyenleget”, pedig tízszer annyi pénz van a számlán. És EUR-ban akar utalni alaphelyzetben, pedig forintszámlám van, úgy kell mindig átállítani. Kategóriákba sorolja a költéseim, de 2022-ben sem sikerült odáig eljutni, hogy értesítést tudjon küldeni számlamozgásról, ezért ha az ember pénzt vár, akkor állandóan nyitogatni kell az app-et, hogy történt-e valami. Az ügyfélszolgálat szerint erre van SMS szolgáltatásuk, amit a nyerészkedés szempontjából megértek, de 2022-t írunk, nem 2001-et. Utóbbi bevezetése hiányában valószínűleg hamarosan máshol fogok bankolni.
