Recent reviews

We utilize this at our condo building and love it when its functioning correctly, however thats not often comparatively. Every day i have to Physically go to the Call Box and make sure it’s connected with my cell phone for it to show the video feed. Most often times the call will come through with the video feed will not. Which of course defeats the purpose. We have acquired a few times about why these things happen and how to fix them but have never gotten a real remedy.

I miss almost all my calls from the intercom because I’m hard of hearing and cannot increase the volume of the chime or use flashing light mode on my iPhone. It would also help if it was Apple Watch compatible. One of my neighbors also has an ADA issue because he is legally blind and there are no tactile buttons or audio dialing on the call box.
