The UI feels intentionally designed to maximize clicks rather than user experience. What’s worse is the fear of accidental subscriptions and unwanted balance deductions, something many users keep complaining about. A telecom app should build trust, not make users anxious while tapping buttons. Please focus on transparency, clean UX, and actual customer convenience instead of turning the app into a billboard.
