Won’t let you connect to an alarm clock unless you put your WiFi password into the app. Not connect it to WiFi, but directly give the app your WiFi login. Absolutely ridiculous

I cannot turn off the sunrise alarm in the app for my arches pro alarm clock. Tapping the slider on the screen does not work. I have tried resetting my Wi-Fi, resetting the app, and resetting my phone. Nothing works.

First, I want to say that this alarm clock when working properly is a great idea! I sincerely appreciate the soft arousal from sleep! I have had this alarm clock three years now… My issue is… my clock does not always do as the app is set up to do. Case in point, my Monday, Tuesday 4:30a alarm has not went off in weeks. My W-F 5:50a alarm does not do the soft arousal, when it does go off. Hopefully you can fix the app/device synchronization. Again, for me this alarm is great when it works as advertised!
