The a few times I have used this I have been less than impressed. They always take too long to get me the item. They sure are fast at vacuuming in my stuff. Then they want to putt around about getting my stuff to me…

It's an app full of scammers who apparently work with the app itself. I have screenshots where the app's support tells me that it's not responsible for the exchange made within its platform. It's crazy to lose $40 on a scammer's app. I'm going to publish monthly here in the reviews until they remove it.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with DMarket. I wanted to delete or deactivate my account, but they do not provide any option to do this easily through the platform. I reached out to their customer support, and instead of helping me, they asked for sensitive personal information—including my government-issued ID, full address, and even facial recognition—just to verify access to my own account. This is unreasonable and concerning, especially when all I want to do is delete my data and walk away. The support team was not helpful and kept repeating generic responses instead of actually resolving the issue. For a platform dealing with digital items, this lack of user control and excessive data collection is a major red flag. I do not recommend DMarket to anyone who values privacy or expects basic customer support. Proceed with caution.
