I normally don’t write bad reviews , but I have written to y’all several times. I ordered jewelry almost a year ago and never heard anything. It’s over 350.00. Please look into it Kristy!

I ordered a custom bracelet and waited months, only to receive the wrong item. Krush Kandy admitted it was their oversight but is now blaming the jeweler instead. It doesn't appear they have adequate quality control measures in place for custom orders. I was offered a refund only after I return the bracelet, but after this experience I have little confidence in the process. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend ordering custom jewelry from this company.
