I ordered a custom bracelet and waited months, only to receive the wrong item. Krush Kandy admitted it was their oversight but is now blaming the jeweler instead. It doesn't appear they have adequate quality control measures in place for custom orders. I was offered a refund only after I return the bracelet, but after this experience I have little confidence in the process. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend ordering custom jewelry from this company.

I placed an order on March 17th. It is now June 2nd and it still hasn’t shipped and they keep saying they are looking into it with no follow up. I want a refund but again no response. Will never order from them again.
