I placed an order on March 17th. It is now June 2nd and it still hasn’t shipped and they keep saying they are looking into it with no follow up. I want a refund but again no response. Will never order from them again.

I wouldn’t personally recommend shopping here based on my experience. I ordered a ring that was estimated to take 8–10 weeks, but I still hadn’t received it after about 15 weeks. When I reached out, I was offered a gift card instead of a refund, which I used toward a necklace that was listed as in stock and expected to ship within 1–3 days. After waiting another 3 weeks, I still hadn’t received the necklace. I followed up again and was told a full refund wasn’t available, and another gift card was offered. At this point, it’s been over 16 weeks, and I haven’t received either item. I would prefer a full refund rather than continuing to place new orders. Just sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision.
