Of all the apps for EV charging, this is by far the worst. Can’t login, can’t reset password, chargers don’t have QR codes, awful. My local charger was “upgraded” to this trash and now I can’t charge. It was never an issue but now it is. L

Be careful what you sign up for. I only wanted digital checklist and I allowed to try the label printing. It sucks and they refuse to remove it from my invoices as I’m contractually obligated to pay the rest of the year for a service that doesn’t work. I signed trusting that it would be a good solution, but they’ve lost my trust with their negative response. Thankfully, this only affects one of our restaurants and we won’t be extending this to the rest of our locations. Disappointed in their lack of ability to make it right.

Their customer service is nowhere to be found. You cannot speak with a person at any given moment. The chat help they have it is represented with people who will advise you to send an email if you have a huge problem and it is urgent… we had to stop using their services 3 months into the 1 year subscription because the servers was not functioning correctly and we could not do any of our state inspection forms on time. Before cancellation nobody informed us that the access will be restricted and all the information will be deleted… so if you are looking for a good solution for your business paperwork - this is definitely not the one for you
