I purchased address worth ₹6600 on NIA in this sent just the parts and took the whole amount and now they have not yet updated my return status. Also, in my previous experiences, they did not even take the return back. Such a huge name and such low standard of customer services They have no intention of retaining their customers and are just concerned with money as compared to them. Even smaller brands like Amalfa have excellent customer service. No question asked policies. Never buy from Nayka
