Biaggi's Ordering

The last update was 2 years ago. When I try to use it, I get an error message reading “Access was denied. Usage of this app is restricted to North America. Tap "Retry" to update again.” I can assure you, I am in North America.

My husband and I have been going to Biaggi’s once a week for awhile. The Manager, Cassidy, creates a family friendly environment with her staff and customers. We LOVE dining at the bar while watching Thadeous focused actions making 100’s of cocktails in record timing. He makes an award winning Pomegranate Blueberry sage martini- which keeps me coming back every weekend! 👏👏 Riley anticipates customers wants and needs before we even ask for something. Riley goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. We cannot say enough about Cassidy. She is hands on with everything that goes on behind the scenes and in the front lines of Biaggis - from stocking glasses to walking out a curb side order if necessary. We also witnessed Cassidy handling a disgruntled employee, in a very professional and respectful manner, while allowing the restaurant to carry on without interruption. She is flawless! Although I cannot mention every team member by name, it is obvious this staff has a family working relationship. They grind with a smile, provide the highest standards of customer service, and treat one another with respect. Last, but not least - OMG the menu is amazing! Let’s see…. What have we had the last 10 times we ate at Biaggis? Everything is fantastic. The Crab Stuffed Cod, the Chopped Chicken Salad, the Scalloped Risotto, the bacon wrapped dates, the stuffed mushrooms, the Chicken Marsala….everything delicious.! I don’t typically write reviews but I felt this crew is one to be recognized. If I were the owner I would be so proud of this team representing my business.

Dinner at Biaggi’s last night (11/3/2022) was off. It was not real busy. Ordered an extra cold lemon drop Martini , watched the bartender shake it four times. Not cold…. Vodka with club soda and lemon had little vodka. Could not taste the vodka. Two pizza’s (caramelized onion special and margarita ) took almost 30 minutes before served. Really an off night.
