Recent reviews

My HSA and Parking/Transportation benefits are both available when I log into the Navia website, but in the mobile app I can only see my Parking/Transportation benefits. It would be helpful if the HSA account and balance were also available in the app, especially since the website shows that the HSA is active and linked to my account.

Multiple times I have tried to login and was told incorrect PW or my login names / PW did not exist. My account was locked and I had to call to get it unlocked. The Non-US customer support unlocked my account, but it took two times to finally be able to login to the application.
