HCA Inspire

HCA Inspire enables HCA Healthcare colleagues to communicate through a social media–like feed, post text, photos, or video, give recognitions, and engage with colleagues through likes and comments. It also provides real-time notifications and a badge system to celebrate education, leadership, excellence, HCA programs, and competencies.

The app integrates My Scheduler for viewing schedules, self-scheduling, requesting time off, swapping shifts, and department calendars. It supports three account types—Nurse, PCT, or LPN; Facility Staff; and Division & Corporate User—plus access to the HCA Healthcare Today blog and mobile delivery for on‑the‑go access.
