Users broadly enjoy Pinochle Palace's engaging multiplayer and polished feel, with several calling it a great, sophisticated pinochle experience and noting it helps learning the game. However, recurring complaints dampen the experience: account security concerns, broken login options, poor support, a confusing in-app purchase system, and connectivity timeouts. Some miss features like Double Deck and express limited chat options. Overall, the app has potential but needs fixes and better support.
First off I would recommend the Rummy palace and having the premium is worth it!However I am giving pinochle palace 1 star because when you win the bid you can’t see what your partner is asking for..Honestly defeats the purpose of the game and will not be buying the premium until this is fixed!
Had my account taken 2 times. 1 I put my own money on it. Had to close my Apple account!
