The PIH Wellness connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Premier Integrative Health. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Premier Integrative Health patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with Premier Integrative Health. Communicate with Premier Integrative Health in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. The PIH Wellness app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your weight, steps and other parameters directly with the app in realtime.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Premier Integrative Health patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Premier Integrative Health patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Premier Integrative Health uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
