Beug enormement, aucune information directement sur l’application et manque de serieux du personnel tec

Cette application est une honte absolue pour un service public. Elle est incroyablement lente, presque inutilisable, et le simple fait de se connecter à son compte relève du miracle. Pourquoi faut-il un compte pour acheter un ticket ? C’est un non-sens qui ne fait qu’ajouter de la frustration.
