User Reviews

Users praise MyMobility for its rehab content: easy-to-use interface, helpful exercise videos, a useful step counter, and the ability to follow care plans and contact support. However, multiple reviewers report onboarding blockers (activation codes not arriving), inconsistent data and updates (walking sessions not always counted, milestones removed), and reliability problems (crashes, freezes, being logged out, needing to reload). History access and editing are also limited. Overall, the app offers valuable rehab tools but suffers from core stability and data-tracking issues across reviews.
Pros
  • Helpful for recovery and post-surgery care; easy to use.
  • Exercise videos and assigned exercises are a standout feature.
  • Step counter is useful for tracking activity.
  • Care plans and in-app support (messages) help with guidance and accountability.
Cons
  • Activation/verification issues: codes not received and activation failures (long wait times for support).
  • Inconsistent data updates and logging: walking sessions not always counted, progress not reflected, milestones sometimes removed.
  • Reliability and performance problems: app frequently freezes/crashes, logs out, or requires reloading.
  • History/access issues: difficulty reviewing past tasks or re-accessing exercises; cannot edit responses.

The app doesn’t count walking sessions if I wear my Apple Watch but don’t carry my IPhone. It counts the steps but not the walking sessions. Seems odd for an app the keeps track of how many days you wear your Apple Watch.

It doesn’t update on a regular basis despite having the base close to me at night so hard to track my progress. If it goes 3-4 days between updating my info it does me no good. I want to see day by day progress.

Just wish we could bring up older tasks after the fact. I couldn’t remember the exercises I was supposed to be doing and couldn’t bring them back up.
