Features & Capabilities

90 Day Korean is an education-focused program that helps you learn Korean quickly through the Inner Circle web course. In 90 days, you'll be able to hold a three-minute conversation, thanks to weekly, self-paced material and a personal Korean coach who provides corrections and guidance.

The program uses the 80/20 method to help you retain essential information and avoid wasted study time. It also offers a supportive community in the members area and related content on Korean culture, K-Pop, dramas, and business.

User Reviews

Most reviews praise the app for extensive, beginner-friendly content and convenient mobile learning, especially Hangul and cultural materials. The main drawbacks are sign-in/account creation problems, in-app redirects to Safari that disrupt flow, and occasional glitches or slow performance.
Pros
  • Rich, diverse content library including language, culture, and media (Hangul, culture tidbits, K-drama/K-pop clips).
  • Beginner-friendly and effective Hangul training with practical phrases and quick progress.
  • Very convenient mobile experience for on-the-go study and easy access on iPhone/iPad.
  • User-friendly interface with clear, organized content and easy navigation.
  • Cultural and real-world context integrated into language learning (culture, tourism, etc.).
Cons
  • Sign-in and account creation issues reported by multiple users (unable to create account or sign in).
  • In-app navigation redirects to a web browser (Safari) inside the app, making the experience feel clunky.
  • Glitches and performance problems on mobile (slow loads, unstable features).
  • Content display issues in some lessons (words/characters appear scattered or disorganized).
Recent reviews
Not sure if other reviews were sponsored or not, but I personally dislike the app. I have not used 90 day Korean as I just joined last week and like to study before I go to bed, but the app just redirects me to the web page within the app. This makes it easy to lose my spot, and it just feels kind of clunky. It discourages me from studying because it takes extra time to navigate through things since it’s loading safari within my app. Course seems ok so far, but am hoping that I can have the same excitement about 90 day Korean as the others do.

So, I’m not sure if maybe it’s just my phone but the app is very very glitchy. I can’t use anything from the korean gym, and both online and on the app some of the lessons have the words and vocabulary like, not sure how to put it, all over the place instead of together to make the Words? Like ㅗ. ㅡㄹ. ㄴ I think this would be super helpful and fun if it wasn’t so glitchy, and also more user friendly for a mobile phone although the site is also a little slow (and I did check to see if it was just the site or my internet, it seems to be the site) I also think it would be very helpful to have flashcards on the app too maybe
