Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area is a proposed 1500 km city in Raigad district and Thane districts of Maharashtra, an Indian state. City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited has been appointed planning authority for the same. It comprises 270 villages in Karjat taluka, Pen taluka, Panvel taluka, Uran taluka and Khalapur talukas of Raigad district.
