A nice app interface, but if you buy a 30 day challenge you’d better not get sick because you only have access for 30 days. Felt like a rip off. Won’t be buying any others. I have kids and life happens.

I like the app a lot! It just needs more programs and having a library of workouts specifically for HIT and core workouts would be good.
