User Reviews

Habit Tracker is praised for depth, customization, and ease of use, helping users form routines and stay motivated. The free tier is usable and affordable, but many reviews cite limits and confusing pricing for more features. Common complaints center on UX changes, localization gaps (no Russian), mixed support, and gaps like mood tracking limits and missing to-do lists.
Pros
  • High level of detail and customization for habit tracking.
  • Easy to use with a clean, intuitive interface.
  • Helps build habits and improves lifestyle, providing motivation to complete goals.
  • Free tier is usable and there are affordable lifetime upgrade options.
  • Gamified elements and daily prompts make habit-building engaging.
Cons
  • Free version has limits on trackers/habits and pricing can be confusing, with some features behind a subscription.
  • UX changes and logging quirks (e.g., tapping behavior, crowns) can be frustrating and hard to understand.
  • Lack of Russian language support; users request localization.
  • Customer support is sometimes unhelpful and refunds are difficult.
  • Feature gaps and bugs, such as mood tracking limits, fewer habits without premium, and no to-do list.

It can’t be more obvious from the graphics that this app is for women. You chose to alienate 50% of your potential audience but I decided to try it anyway. Setting up a habit has 15 steps? Ain’t nobody got time for that. I’m out.

Before using this app, I struggled with staying consistent and just felt relatively down because of that. But after finding this app and paying for the lifetime upgrade, I feel like I have genuinely built a healthier stronger life. I love being able to change the colors and customize my own habits as well as the ability to add a widget or shortcut feature. I do wish that for weekly/monthly tasks, it would be nice if the memo was that same length, as opposed to a daily memo. Or at least to have the option for a weekly/monthly memo for tracking workouts, finances, etc! Hope to see this in an update soon!
