Support: I started Transform 1 and am running into a few issues I’ve been seeking guidance on. I emailed the support address, and I get automated confirmations that they’ve received my emails, but I have yet to hear back. It’s been 3 business days with no reply to several different inquiries. App: Poorly designed meal sections where you are supposed to select from a page of food options. Problem is that images are too small to make out what they are, let alone read the text telling you what the portion size it. Cannot select, cannot pinch to zoom, cannot enlarge page at all. Secondly, there are diet abbreviations that are not explained anywhere, we are just expected to know what they mean? I have the latest version of the app, so that’s not the issue. Part of this program seems well thought out (exercises/recipes), other parts that should be seamless and integral to the program seem to be afterthoughts (app functionality/information centralization). They provide different pieces and parts of the program across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, the app, and their website - but none of it can be found in one centralized place. Seeking information is very disjointed and unclear because there is not one singular and complete resource.

I read about FITazFK on IG. I paid the $ then immediately regretted it. I sent a request for a refund that they refused (literally one day after payment). I downloaded the app and it is asking me to purchase a plan. WHAT IS THE $99 FOR????
