This app is lame . No way to change the intensity of the work out . The Nutrition section is a joke .. Cucumbers with pepper is NOT dinner . So disappointed, tried to get a refund . No support to contact and Apple can’t contact them either .

I loved this app so much that I paid for the subscription. It has had a few glitches but nothing I couldn’t deal with until now, when I got to do a workout, it will no longer allow me to start a workout. I cannot get ahold of the app developer because it only sends me to a blank page. I hope that something can be fixed ASAP.
