User Reviews

User reviews largely criticize Dispatchland for payment delays and poor support, with many reporting months of unpaid loads and unresponsive HR. Numerous app issues are repeatedly mentioned, including nonfunctional auction/bid features, login problems, and slow performance. Safety concerns around third-party companies and double-brokering add to mistrust. A small subset note value in load opportunities and advice to negotiate fair rates. Overall, despite some positives, most reviews describe Dispatchland as unreliable and risky for drivers.
Pros
  • Helps drivers find expedite loads and simplifies freight search for new drivers.
  • Provides useful guidance and enables negotiating fair rates.
  • Useful option for trucking businesses seeking load opportunities.
Cons
  • Chronic late payments or non-payment from companies after delivery, often weeks or months late.
  • Very poor support and unresponsive HR/accounting; communication is terrible.
  • App reliability issues: auction/bid features frequently broken or removed; slow performance and login problems.
  • Safety concerns: third-party access leading to double brokering and potential scams.
  • Usability issues: offer amounts not shown and missing notifications; multiple UI glitches.
Recent reviews
At this point we are in deep regret for signing up this company. All the care about is you delivering their load and after that one talk to you or care about anything or challenges. We haven’t been paid for more than three weeks now since we delivered more than 11 loads. Communication is TERRIBLE HR is a total disaster I wish I can give a 0 star.

Good company to work for.

This is the worst app. They provide absolutely no support, and in the end, they hide behind the thousands of companies they granted access to—most, if not all, of which operate outside the U.S. These companies engage in "double brokering," which is illegal, yet the app developers always claim to know nothing about it. They grant access to scammers and then act completely clueless.
