My RVU IM Tracker is a comprehensive management tool to help doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and medical students keep track of their daily, weekly, and monthly encounters on the go. Don’t rely on hospital generated totals!

ENCOUNTERS Simply add your encounter information with date, first name, last name, and date of birth. My RVU IM Tracker will record this information locally. You can go back and edit or delete encounters if needed. Quickly view the last twenty (20) encounters added.

TOTALS Monitor your encounter totals by the month and encounter category. View procedure quantities, sub-totals, and monthly grand totals. Hide entire encounter category sections with procedures if needed.

HISTORY Visit the history tab when your ready to get yearly, quarterly, or monthly encounter reports to email. Visualize your data with a Year-To-Date bar chart.

SETTINGS Change encounter category section colors. Set history tab totals to monthly, quarterly, or yearly to allow for generating specific reports. Export all data to CSV format to save and in your favorite spreadsheet app.

The wRVU values are incorrect. The app uses outdated information. Can’t add more then one cpt code per encounter. I downloaded it, paid the $5.99, realized the rvu values are incorrect, cancelled the subscription, and delete the app. Using an excel spreadsheet currently.

This could be a pretty good app. However, encounters can have only one billing code. Meaning if you want to add something like smoking cessation counseling you would have to create a second encounter on the same patient. The biggest problem is that the app is NOT USING THE LATEST RVU VALUES. Still has high level admissions as 3.86 instead of 3.5 etc. It also has a limited number of codes. Don’t waste your money until these problems are fixed. They got their $5.99 out of me for the first three months but that will be all.
