Recent reviews

I spent four MONTHS trying like 20x to initiate a transfer before their betterment transfer and they kept arbitrarily denying it. I lost over $250 because of them. The support was terrible—they kept redirecting me to Goldman who was also very unhelpful and kept explaining condescendingly what unrelated tax concepts were.. not very feminist, seems like a scam, holding thousands of dollars and refusing to release them is.. yikes A year later, my money is stuck at Goldman. Idk if I’m getting charged account fees. Need to find out which government agency I can report this to

The app is no longer supported, and after April 10 everything ellevest is migrating to Betterment.

Been using for years. Now the app is gone. Not having the app makes me want to move my money. It’s an okay robo trader but would make more money if I had gone with my work investors
