App won’t post my reviews or ratings. Out of thousands of In-app restaurant’s ratings It’ll let view 10 customer reviews only. And I mean only 10 “hand picked” reviews. On two separate occasions I contacted customer service to complain about delivering wrong food orders and they told me to write a review and rate the restaurant in the app. So I tried to do that several times but they never post any reviews nor ratings. Last week tried to write review on a late cold order ( an hour and a half late). And as usual the review wasn’t posted. instead I received a call from customer service next day asking me rudely why did I low rated the restaurant’s delivery, service. I explained. Their reply was:“We’ll call you back”.
