I downloaded this app for astrology purposes as I needed some clear guidance and advice. It was easy to use and gave exactly what I needed. That isn’t my issue, my issue is the fact I haven’t used the app in months, I actually deleted my profile and “canceled” my membership and I’m still being charged every month. I recently re downloaded the app but the only access it’s accepting is email and I don’t think I provided my email, only phone because whenever I put any email I would’ve used into the app to recover it never shows up in my inbox. I’ve been charged for 4 months when I don’t even think I have my original profile. My advice is to make sure when you are ready to delete the app, double check your membership is canceled and watch whatever card you gave it access to.

I bought what I believed was a one time purchase. Even scoured the app to make sure it had not enrolled me in a subscription. Could not find anything that said “cancel” or something like that. Thought it was one and done, cool. Come to find out I’ve been charged $20 for a renewal, never received an email about it. Now redownloaded the app to try and get in and cancel. Email won’t come through with the link to sign in. Tried two different emails in case I misremembered which one I used. This is ridiculous.
