My HHT Tracker

The My HHT Tracker app is an invaluable source of information and a 21st century tool to help manage the genetic disease Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT), also known as Osler Weber Rendu Syndrome.

Brought to you by Cure HHT, this app allows you to track your health daily, organize your medical tests and results, share your data with your health care team, and monitor your HHT.

The information in My HHT Tracker allows you to quickly assess how your blood counts, iron levels, nosebleed scores, oxygen levels and heart markers are doing over time. You can also see how interventions are affecting you and easily set up reminder notifications for future testing needs.

Once you enter your basic HHT-related data into the app, you can get an email summary of your information and share it with any members of your medical team. My HHT Tracker also provides general recommendations about managing the whole spectrum of HHT issues through the FAQ and Resources section.

This app does not share any health information outside the app unless you choose to email your data to a doctor or to yourself.
