This app was recommended by my elderly mom's "pain clinic." Looks like the opioid epidemic is back but in different form and small smaller. This app literally invited us to chat with a provider and then when I went to chat, the app tried to collect more pain data. Absolutely sickening to lure a client in with the idea that they can ask a question or state a comment and then try to collect more data that can be used for more sales to push more drugs. The so-called pain clinic had my mom fill out a form where she clearly stated, and I have a copy of it that her pain has been reduced dramatically with the low-dose opioid. But after the medical assistant left, and the nurse practitioner walked in, the nurse practitioner BEFORE TALKING WITH MY MOM AT ALL led with this "we're giving you an additional 15 Vicodin per month in addition to the 90 you already have per month." When I asked the nurse why she would do that, she claimed that the medical assistant somehow made the decision or that it was written in the form, which is a lie because I have a copy of the form. She tried to gaslight and said "well I am talking to your mom now." I then stated clearly that Vicodin significantly risks if not causes dementia according to research on PubMed, a premier scientific journal used in medical schools, I then asked have you conducted a baseline cognitive function test, because my mom's been using Vicodin for three months now, after taking a several year break during the opioid epidemic crisis. The nurse seemed confused and said no. I said that does not make sense and why are you not conducting cognitive function tests along the way to monitor the cognitive decline that will inevitably be caused by giving elderly patient opioids 105 pills per month at 7 mg per pill? She stumbled and said something like someone else would maybe do that like some other Dr. Stay away from this app and any clinic that uses this app. That's my advice. The same people pushing opioids again probably have financial interest in nursing homes for dementia and certainly Physical Therapy. I appreciate Physical Therapy very very much, but I would not trust to work through this app. Like I said, this app is all about collecting your data for sales.

I loved the thing. The music was very relaxing. The pictures were beautiful, and the sounds of the water running and birds singing. It was a wonderful experience.
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful experience.

Problem No. 1
Because the scale is set up from right to left instead of the normal left to right I sometimes miss mark my pain level on some days accidentally incorrectly. The scale should be read in reverse on those days as high pain numbers but I cannot go back to correct the pain rating.
Problem No. 2
I don’t currently ever have a pain rating below 7 as my right leg pain is always somewhere in the 8-10 range, and my low back pain is usually in a 6-7 range. There is no way for me to show a pain scale for each area in the program and that is frustrating.
